We are 350+ members who have
increasingly become concerned about the direction our
country is going. The level of activism many of us
are exhibiting now is not an indication of a sudden
fear, but a realization that we only get the government
we deserve. We realize we've been asleep for many
years, trusting that our elected officials will somehow
"do the right thing" with no input from "we the people."
We discovered that it doesn't matter which party is in
power, that our government appears no longer to be of,
by, or for the people, but all for the expansion of
government and the intrusion into every aspect of our
lives. . No more.
Liberty can be restored to our
nation, but only through the concerted, peaceful efforts
of millions of it's citizens. Through education,
engagement, and activism, we will strive to return our
nation to the values that once made us the envy of the
world, and a beacon of hope for all the peoples of the
world who desire liberty and freedom.
The 9-12 Project is designed to bring us all back to the
place we were on
September 12, 2001. The day after America was attacked
we were not obsessed with Red States, Blue States or
political parties. We were united as Americans standing
together to protect the values and principles of the
greatest nation ever created.
~~Glenn Beck, initiator of the National 9-12 Project
movement.
